Select a familiar technology that is available to you. It might be the word processor, a spreadsheet, a search engine, a CD-ROM encyclopedia, or a chat program. Now brainstorm a list of ways in which that tool or technology could be used to facilitate information gathering, communicating, and reporting. Don´t let yourself think about barriers.
