Welcome to the IPA and Latin module!
You may be asking yourself, "why do I need to know about IPA to be a singer?" Well, this page is designed to answer your questions about IPA and to help you understand why it's important to know for good singing!

What to do to Complete this Module

1. Look at the "IPA and Latin" page and read through the information presented.

2. Look at the "Ave Maria Text' page. This page deals with the Arrangement of Ave Maria we'll be doing for contest this year. This information will help you to understand the vowels and diction needed to sing this piece correctly.

3. After reading through the information, go to the "Test Yourself" page and take the quiz! This will help you know where you're at in learning IPA and it will help me to know what we need to work on in class.
