"Sounds" Settings Assignment

WS_FTP
Requirements: Select Sounds for WS_FTP functions


Basic Assignment Option:

Step 1: Download a free copy of WS_FTP LE to your computer.
Step 2: Install WS_FTP, and attach a sound for the basic functions listed in the "Sounds" folder.
Step 3: Email a list of functions and their attached sounds to the instructor by the due date.

    Intermediate Assignment Option:

    Step 1: The instructor has created 10 sound files that could be used with WS_FTP functions. The .wav files are linked on the class web site.
    Step 2: Download copies of 5 of the sound files and save them in a file folder on your local system.
    Step 3: Attach each of the 5 sounds to a basic WS_FTP function on your local system (listed in the "Sounds" folder).
    Step 4: Using "Snagit", create a "snap-shot" .gif (image) of the "Sounds" folder of your local system.
    Step 5: Email the "snap-shot" image to the instructor by the assignment due date.

    Advanced Assignment Option:

    Step 1: Create 5 sound (.wav) files to use with WS_FTP functions.
    Step 2: Attach each of the 5 sound files to a basic WS_FTP function on your local system (listed in the "Sounds" folder).
    Step 3: Upload each of the sound files to a web server. Link all 5 sound files to a web page.
    Step 4: Email the URL (web address) of the web page to the instructor by the due date.
